Configuring a TimeMoto time clock

This chapter explains how to configure a TimeMoto time clock to record employee hours.

1. Configuring the device

Follow the instructions in the TimeMoto quick installation guide, taking into account the notes below. The guide is available at the following link: https://support.timemoto.com/fr/s/manuals/a/timemoto-quick-installation-guide.

In the “08 Setup your device” step, choose “TimeMoto Cloud”.

For step “13 Create your account”, visit: https://www.timemoto.com/ch-fr/account and choose the “Cloud 2” option. If you have not yet created an account, click on the “Register” link.

Before performing step “16 Mounting your device”, we advise you to configure the TimeMotoCloud account (instructions below), as you will need the device’s serial number.

2. Configure your TimeMoto Cloud account

Choose “Settings” from the menu at the top right.

Choose Sites > Add a site, and enter the name and contact details of the site where the time clock will be located.

Choose Time clock > Add a time clock to associate your time clock with the site. The time clock serial number can be found on the back of the device under the barcode and on the device in the menu under [Infos système] > [Informations de dispositif].

You can now add employees (Employees > Add an employee).

Important: The “employee number” on TimeMoto Cloud must match the employee “code” on MCA Kale.
