Add general company parameters
This guide explains how to add your company’s basic information. Generally, an MCA Concept employee will carry out this task when your software is installed, but you can add or modify this data yourself.
1. General parameters
Go to the “Administration” menu, then “General settings” and click on “Company settings”.

1.1. Add company details (company name, VAT number, etc.)

Below are the numbered explanations for each red frame in this image.
1. Add the company details. It is not necessary to fill in the “Id. FIELD DOES NOT NEED TO BE FILLED IN;
2. Click on the “Save” button.
1.2. Add an address

For addresses, you can either modify an existing address or add a new address:
1. Click on the pen to change an existing address;
OR
2. Click “New: company address” to add additional addresses.
You can add as many addresses as you like.

In the address card :
1. Add the necessary information ;
2. Click on the “Save” button.
The address will be added / modified accordingly.
